He has no way of knowing that it will be released to the board. He also has not stated that iHub is a social media site that he will use to announce news to the public, neither has the SEC acknowledged iHub as one of the accepted sites, like Twitter and FB.
Have him go on Money Talk or some such podcast site. Then, that would be announced via press release to view.
