It says the Date of the Event that caused the filing was Feb. 9. It would be nice to know more about them. I googled the v.p. Of finance, John Miller, no but didn’t find anything easy.

Kips Bay is a neighborhood in NY and pretty ironic that they would choose that name if they didn't have some connection with NY....where Pfizer is located, haha....what a considence.
