I called their office and sounds that they are still in business. Does that mean that stock still worth something?

I don't see how THAT can be a good thing when they are locked out and can't dilute. Selling shares and diluting the float is pretty much their only way to be able to breathe, make money, make a not bad living and attempting to make some money other ways besides diluting which requires lots more money. So, until they find that other way and start making profits-we all stuck with them in their cycle. And until we learn how to buy low and sell high, we will always be only loosing.
