My understanding is they’re still doing business selling their private label CBD to other companies. The reason this company is implicated is because of the ex-CEO taking a bunch of ill gotten shares with his brothers, and tried to sell and launder cash back into states.

Good news for traders here is they can’t dilute a single share, so all the trading is organic without pressure from diluters or inside sellers since they’re all locked out.
