That was discussed at length here every so many years. Appears not one single BP or mid-size pharma willing to capture their competitors. Hmm

The old "BP will try to destroy it" theory.

Let us take a look at what happened with the last game changer, checkpoint inhibitors. One BP quickly partnered with the leader, while many other launched their own programs.

The problem with the "destroy it" theory is that some BP will instead try to profit.

NWBO can not stop BP from ramrodding through their own trials of DCVac-L like agents. NWBO has protection in GBM for 7(?) years but that is it. After that as long as BO runs their own trials, they are good to go.

Hell, no BP has even thought to buy out the Indian APAC Bio (which has an approved DCVAx-L like vaccine). That would take chump change.

And the patents are not a roadblock. DCVax-L was first in the clinic 20 years ago. The key patents date to back then.
