Shares issued illegally? This company hasn't reported anything at all in a decade, and regardless has 21B shares in the O/S, 19B shares unrestricted, 8B shares shown in the float. Nobody is going to untangle all that crap to try and cancel shares.
This company is completely dead, and a pump and dump is being run on its carcass.
