Trade is right $ELCR On the other one Lazar did a neat, and legal, accounting trick. The illegal shares were converted in an 8.1 billion share net loss that can be carried over the next few years for tax purposes. Now those illegal shares will be repurchased, sent to the treasury, and then converted to warrants rather than being completely removed. He would do the same with the shares Spaniak illegally issued before he died. $ELCR

I, for maybe once in my life do 100% agree with you, as I lived this same thing 11 years ago. Dead company, not sure why limo land is listed when they told me 2 different times they were NOT affiliated with ELCR in any way. I HATE agreeing with you, and this is probably the only time ever I do, but you are right on this company!
Don’t get stuck like I did folks. Yes, it’s a cool name, but it’s not a real company.
