There is absolutely positively no good reason why he would mention the reverse split while the share price was going up...ZERO ! Can anybody out there give a good reason I would love to hear it

What he had planned backfired. He should have confirmed the reason for the R/S before he announced it. That has been done this time. Remember that was
June of 2019 follow the events.
