the problem is, the r/s was a stupid idea then and it is stupid now...even with confirmed production...

kim should have done away with that stupid r/s, money grab and up list dream a long time ago...he realizes his mistake, realizes it was stupid and KNOWS it still is...but his ego wont let him do anything else...

and the stupid decisions just keep on happening...

whats wrong with getting the pps back up to .50 and beyond?...shouldnt be that hard to do with the supposed news pending...the volume would increase as well..he can raise substantial money by periodically selling a million shares here and there....and it wouldnt even affect the share price very much..

when the pps can sustain a dollar or so, THEN he can visit the issue of a r/s, and up list...MAYBE a reasonable money grab as well...

kim always said he has just one chance to get it right...he took it and failed....

But he never did give one. And there is talk about a R/S now but it

has not happen yet and might not happen. gl
