I did the same thing... just chit chatting over coffee this morning before work...total emotional detachment from this day to day price action.

Wife.. how is portfolio?
Me.. down day yesterday, dropped about 400k but it is healthy. Most likely drop another 250K or so today, we will see but it is all expected.
Wife.. Ok, what time will you be home?
