Thanks you for one of the most unintentionally comedic posts in the history of this Board. As a "lawyer", I should not necessarily know "everything" better than you, in the sense of I am not keeping up with every bit of minutiae in the case, because as is widely known, I have my own cases.

Literally calling out the difference between "maybe" and "more likely" is childish to say the least. Because I had not seen the actual squib you quote, I answered with "maybe", but since you who is without any of your own cases, found the actual squib, we should consider this a great triumph for you basic research skills which are second to none.

Lastly, many a great and worthwhile quixotic legal endeavor, including several of my own, has been initially mocked by ill-informed naysayers as quixotic. That does not make the endeavor any less worthwhile. So mock away. One thing though, omitted from your critique is the trademark "Best, G" signature, which is perhaps a Freudian signal of your misbegotten intent.
