So if they merge-which is an incredible IF than Tomasello would have to relinquish a great deal of stock to the majority owner of SBSSA--as in almost all of it? Also id there was really a hint of a deal--where's the volume?
Also if you read further in SbSSA sounds like they dont want to be public anymore to save SEC filing fees--very far fetched. They also recently restructured their debt
