NMGC Kleen- no debts, never been played, sellfingr owns all tha sharez.., SBSAA a Duurty byrd. Sum Buddy printed up a bunch of FraudUlint SBSAA stok a few years ago... They dont even know how many fake sharez were print-d up and are out thare-- Only way to fixxxx this SBSAA fake share problem iz 2 gitt bought out by NMGC.. so only the REAL SBSAA sharez are converted in2 NMGC shares ... NMGC-SBSAA byeout deal prolly haz been in tha worx since Nov. 2019,, and july 2020 SBSAA stock deregistering news wuz just a smokeskreen for the upcumming byeout deal

MIAMI, March 26, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. (the "Company") announced today certain transfers of the Company's outstanding 10 ¾% Series B Cumulative Exchangeable Redeemable Preferred Stock (the "Series B Preferred Stock") may, when attempted, have had no effect as a legal matter and were void and remain void today. As a result, there are genuine questions regarding valid ownership, or good title, to these shares. The Company today requested that The Depository Trust Company suspend trading in the Series B Preferred Stock pending the resolution of who validly owns these shares and is considering possible additional steps to protect the lawful owners of its Series B Preferred Stock and innocent parties from ineffective and possibly fraudulent transfers of such shares, among other things.
