Agreed, both are not great signs.

Though I can name VDRM which did the same thing.

Couldn't contact them and was dark for over 2 years and then boom, announcement of FDA approval.

Dark isn't always bad, sometimes there is a reason behind it. Insider trading is a broad thing and can be argued pretty liberally.

Take for instance if i get an email back that says "yes we are still working".... Well i am probably going to make a judgment call and start investing in it heavy.

The problem is that you don't have access to that email that I do which makes it insider trading.

ENZC Started out the same way. Very sketchy and nothing to trade on. Now look at it. RGBP was advertising for hiring Bio Techs a few months ago. That's enough proof for me.

This chart is very strong and even when people aren't talking on this board about it it gets bought up. Explain that. Traders were buying when price cascaded down the last time it ran up huge. Explain that. Those are FACTS that you can't explain with your narrative.
