Anyway, this is reminding me of the acquisition of a battery company by MGX Minerals that happened within the last couple of years. In short order they spun off the battery company as MGX Renewables (MGXRF in the US), with MGX Minerals holders receiving some shares. Then MGX Renewables renamed itself Zinc8, and now Zinc8 is doing great and MGX Minerals is in the dumpster. So was all that just a way to get Zinc8 listed? I'm going to try to watch this one closely.
