HDG, Yes. You and I are in agreement that the timeline, for arguments, has been restricted for the February 23 rehearing. My take is that, the other periods of time are (sufficiently briefed), to mean they have already reached legal conclusions about infringement for those time periods. I will look to the Prost decent to see if it contains anything important for the time period. The February arguments are the case at this point.
