The fund can’t be used for projects until Henry provides audited financials. He can contribute funds from investment sources and has done so over the last year.
Lux is managing the funds for Henry and Henry must comply with the managers to be able to use it. Big brother is looking after us.
Henry wants access to the money to get projects going. This is how he has been able to bid and win the ppp projects but nothing has been done yet. This is why we are seeing PRs around various items but no action yet.
Last meeting with the VN government was end of January. Henry is now state side. This is because his visa extension expired and when he left VN he went to dubia to collect the remaining funds for the lux.
The last funding source was to provide $350-$500mill from dubia. Our last step is posted financials that are gaap certified.
Henry disclosed the total funds in the lux would exceed 1bill usd once fully funded. This information was provided to us in the august cc.
