binzur, the thing that has worried me the most is that if we were going to see anything good from the company, the dumpung would have stopped long ago.
I don't believe we will see any audited financials, a spin off, a sale, or a reverse merger, and I'm sure all those who listened to the interviews would be equally as skeptical.
In Febuary and March of 2005, Ed said in those interviews:
1. he would never r/s as he is the largest shareholder and it was not his goal to harm any shareholders
2. the company had assets of $30m
3. audited financials were being done and would be filed
4. a public OTCBB shell had already been purchased by the company
5. he didn't have an IR firm because he enjoyed talking to shareholders
6. they were advised by their lawyers to gag the TA and that the TA was going to discontinue their services because of all the shareholder calls
7. gagging the TA was in the best interest of the shareholders so they would only need to go to one source for the share count (the company) and there would be no discrepancy
There is much more that alarmed me and having history and hindsight to look at now, I don't see an end to this dilution.
If there were blow out earnings on the way, or audited statements, there would be no reason to take the stock to new 52 week lows each week, in this week's case, several new lows.
Look at how many posters have reported after conversations with Ed, that the gag wil be taken off the TA in a few days, or there wasn't any diluting going on. We've been hearing that for over a month and 80% now.
There was also that PR stating there would never be another REGDEX or 506 filiing as well.
Also, in my opinion, the 25% dividend aka forward split was a smoke screen to hide the fact the company was selling. People were still convinced the immediate 60% drop was due to dividend sellers, so it worked for a while IMO.
