"If I could post on IHUB, this is what I would post in response to the post about SBSH and HDSN being camped out on the ASK...
First of all, both have been the most active traders, by far, for the months of november and december...with SBSH doing just about all his trading in those two months.
Let's assume that, if they both were only dumping shares and doing nothing else, which we know is not happening, they could have only dumped a maximum of 528M shares for the ENTIRE year. We need to add another 140M shares traded for the month of January so far. And, we know that they were not all dumped shares, except possibly from HDSN, who is the MM of choice of CEO's when it comes to share distribution (dumping).
Also, knowing that the total number of shares TRADED in 12 months by ALL MM's to be 1,046,000,000B shares, this is the most that anyone could have dumped. Let's say, for the sake of math, that half of those shares were legitimate, and that the other half was dumped by Eddie boy...based on these true numbers, the O/S could have only gone up 500M shares, max...and probably one could cut this number in half, as HDSN is the MM that is the dumping machine, and his total numbers for the year are 346M shares traded...
Knowing these numbers to be factual, I think it is safe to say that the last O/S was 221M shares, I believe, and that the O/S of 400M shares mentioned by Eddie boy to someone in the IHUB board is probably a bit low, due to Eddie's tencicies to "stretch" the truth...LOL...
The worst case scenario for dumping, based on the monthly share volume report would put the O/S at somewhere around 700M shares...
The best case scenario would put the O/S count somewhere around 500M shares... I believe that at least 100M shares have been dumped in january, and the collective total will probably place the O/S count between 600M - 700M shares...
The numbers do not lie, and, even though Eddie is again diluting shares, he probably has learned how to better do it than the flooding of between 10B - 17B shares that he dumped in ICAN, before the R/SCREWING...
If he is actually trying to use the shares for business purposes, that would be OK... But, the question is has the "old" Eddie changed his ways and is now becoming the "new" Eddie, who is actually trying to run a legitimate business? History tells us, with the gagged TA, the dilution of shares, the promises to shareholders that never come true, that he has not changed... Time will tell... All JMHO, of course, FWIW"
