I doubt that this would be a venue for the TLD presentation. However, as someone on the Twitter pointed out, the guy on the right in the picture is Dr. Charles S. Cobbs, who is one of the co-authors of the JTM 2018 paper on the blended blinded interim results. Here is his affiliation:
