I hope that if the deadline gets close the FDA will extend it, if the law allows, in light of the pandemic slowing everything down.

boi, good point. I was wondering if, given the current Covid circumstances potentially slowing down trials and in general making everything more challenging, the FDA would give some latitude on the timing aspect. I would think Missling could argue that in normal circumstances things could have been accomplished quicker.
