Like I said an S-1/1-A sec mega filing with the 10-K for the 3 merged firms is small undertaking, it must audited, 100% and the clock started Jan 2nd this year, so sometime in March is the highest probability for the file dump and up list.

Is anyone interested in more details on the Kester LSD Lysosomal Disease subject, journal articles, and the discussions on the connections solving a whole of illnesses including brain and other chronic immune disorders??

I am content to wait on the filings and have all the DD ready to go, once we get confirmation on exactly what all we bought.

But know this, Kester is deep into the LSD disease work and it was added to the NDTP web site when Mark Kester was added to the website.

I have some links to papers, I even have copies now of some of the actual research papers I can share this next week end if folks here want to read up on the latest.
