Under Observation, you are correct that there is a new generation of penny players and that the penny market was in the past, victims of the MMs shorting manipulations. With QFS, it will eliminate NSS. Small companies will have a fighting chance and will not be put in bankruptcy due to MMs greed. And yes, PYCT will run on momentum alone. If the company has any major news, it is time to bring it out. GLTY
