Still not sure I see the logic. What would stop a plaintiff from entering into a financing contract that would call for 99% of the proceeds? 110%? It would all be considered "litigation expense", no?

I believe that the figure was negotiated to 27% because GDSI didn't want to give up any more of the "proceeds" than 27% to Parabellum. Not because GDSI was a disinterested party in how much Parabellum would receive from or via Rontan. Otherwise, GDSI could have let Parabellum ask for the Moon. And would have no reason not to.

If all "litigation" expenses could be collected by Parabellum from Rontan above and beyond whatever damages were awarded to GHS, why 27%? Sounds like an arbitrary number. Why not 50%? Why not 99%?
