In terms of trying to get relief, Rule 60 is the remedy, keeping in mind that the perjury by itself will generally not get Rule 60 relief. The perjury may be an element and catalyst for the Rule 60 relief in conjunction with other factors.
In terms of going after the perjury, it can be raised with the court through correspondence, and then if serious enough, the court can bring its own motion. The perjury can also be brought to the attention of a prosecutor. However, while all of this is theoretically possible, as a practical matter, perjury prosecutions are very seldom pursued.
