Bouf, When Amarin files thier appeal to the supreme court, what ruling are they appealing? I assume it can't be the rule 36. Is there any chance SCOTUS would hear an appeal of a district court ruling? GSK v Teva will almost certainly petition SCOTUS for a hearing. (En banc granted or denied) In your opinion will this effect the courts decision to hear our case?
