If it was the reverse that the Auditors quit due to reporting differences then I would say that there would be major conderns.

I haven't done too much reading into the Auditors, but does anyone know if the new Auditors are more reputable than the previous one?

Crazy, I think you are right and just get sick and tired of hearing the same old negative comments from the same people, over, and over, and over, and over, and over again. Nothing is going to satisfy some people whose whole purpose in life seems to be creating doubt and posting negative comments regarding this company.

The fact is the problems with GTE that are under investigation happened mostly in 2005 and that is the year the former audit firm and GTEM didn't seem to have a problem with yet is under the scope of the SEC investigation. I do not see this as a negative since both the outgoing audit firm and the company agree on the 2005 financials.

You are right, if there were a problem why would another audit firm take on the company as a client.

Crazylegs -- I totally agree with you when

you say that this move should be looked at in a positive manner. New management has the necessity of reestablishing this company with credibility which, in and of itself, means jettisoning whatever has been or may have been the cause of the loss of credibility. The list continues to grow:

Huff'N'Puffer
Dumbas
Bob Jones
Dohan & Co.
?????
?????
?????

There will be more moves to build credibility . . .
