I can't recall a situation but I can't say I've ever really looked out for it. And the float here is not particularly high. Honestly, what is more unusual is the abrupt change in volume.

I think that was when the registration statement for the mid 2020 offering went effective. A boatload of stock moved into the market much of it predetermined with the underwriters customers...so you would not see a big price change.
