I saw an identical thing happen back about 10 years ago a company I owned shares with had a lawsuit against them that forced them in to BK because of it, it wasn't do to their lack of value or what they were doing being worthless but because the lawsuit, which in the end someone bought out the bk note for and from what I last heard was making good $$$$ on that "worthless" property they got for pennies on the dollar, but in this case it was nikola's bs that caused zapgo to end up in bk which then Carbonion took over their assets and is now using Couv to go Public to take their super technology most likely valued at hundreds of millions to make future battery tech... isn't it funny how months later Nikola ceo steps down for fraud charge, if he was innocent I don't think he would have stepped down, most likely he was scared of zapgo coming after them for fraudulent claims they made and fraud against them... It also reminds me throughout history where Others claims that something is bogus and only to be proven wrong again and again..

Wrong. The complaint detailed the status of Zapgo's tech, and it hasn't progressed since the last YouTube video they posted as hype.

Funny thing is Nikola is still moving forward since the founder stepped down, and could have still made a deal for the tech, especially during the bankruptcy. But they didn't.

Nikola didn't lie to Zapgo, it was the other way around.

Bla Bla Bla. End result was Zapgo's products are far from being market ready--and they went bankrupt. Now, merging with a non-reporting stinky pink, they have no ability to get funding besides going the toxic death spiral convertible route. Few companies survive that.
