Now there is one part I would unfortunately agree with u on and it’s the fact that any 2 companies can conspire together to create hype for a merger or acquisition. They can have all their PRs with their tracks covered to go just far enough to not get incriminated. Then all of a sudden... boom! “Sorry y’all, it just wasn’t the right fit for both companies”. They can very well do that as they please.
