Even Medicare got in line quickly.

Also see where Viagra had a generic for use as PVH called Revatio. Revatio lost patent protection for it's indication however the generic Revatio was not considered substitutable for Viagra ED indication. Viagra sells never saw a dip. Medicare did cover 10 pills a month for Viagra, it did not pay for a generic substitute even though generic Revatio was on the market.

Amarin has a strong case and just needs to put Judge Du in the rear view mirror.
