Greggie, I don’t know where he got the 146 SO but I think he was being too conservative in his prognos but it’s better that way and get a 39 BO than using the yahoo figure and get 35 at BO time. I’m using the 1B peak sales as an example if you got the gist of what I’m implying. I like modest prognostication....jmo.

While there are 126M shares out now, fully diluted I think the number is something like 140M+

Lots of options already out but not yet cashed in, and also lots that have yet to be doled out
