Moose, I don’t really know much about their culture as I haven’t had any interaction with any of them in person other than what I read in the paper. Regarding ILJIN’s action re Auph, I will say it’s more driven by greed than revenge which the poster had insinuated. I believe they believe they can make easy profit at this stage by flipping back and forth. They may, they may not but they run the risk of being out of it if a BO is announced while their money is out of Auph momentarily. They know 99% that Auph will be bought eventually. Who knows they may have a mole inside Auph or they may have a crystal ball that’s why they’re very callous about their action, lol. I’d say their style of investing is different than most organizations. Apparently, it’s working because they are still in business. I couldn’t care much about what they do as I’m firmly sitting in the trench waiting for the BO to happen...jmho.
