Indeed, it is a conservative play. It's my trading shares so 28% is a pretty good return on trading shares.

Those calls will be at break even for the purchaser at $9.65 so there is a chance they will get exercised sooner than the exp date.

If the shares price falls, I have effectively bought shares at $5.30. Either way I'm happy.... I hope.
