Okay so I'm seeing a lot of these that are optional with TPM. This was similar with the PC industry, so whenever the product cycle for COM-express boards to be released is, I expect many of the next versions to move from "optional" to standard, like on the newly announced (Today) CXB-CD945 COM-express board:
