Your right they do not need Cron. Altria has most all thats needed. I can see them wanting to buy out IP from Cron for sure. They can have it all for $15.00 a share according to filings. Brings me to the point I have been wondering. Why not buy them out when they were $5.00 and $6.00 a share? perhaps because they made an agreement for $15.00 to take controlling interest. They can not undercut the price? Or just not ready to divest it all
