That's great, but CRON doesn't own any of Altria's farming contracts and distribution channels.

Altria holds all of the cards. What does CRON really have that Altria needs?

Conglomerates will invest in companies like CRON for several reasons - an an investment (to boost their own pps, to sell CRONs common shares if it appreciates) or to buy out any IP...and let die on the vine.

Altria doesn't really need CRON.
