As far as I know Nasdaq doesn't publish information to the masses on companies that are filing applications.
The Nasdaq situation is usually something that happens in a day or two where there will be a notice of market change and ticker (if needed) and a PR from company that usually sez the company will be listed on x date which is usually no more than a day or so later.
I'm gonna guess that ZIVO's scenario can't do it that way. Can't say I've been involved with a company that has listing depending on a raise. ZIVO's financial condition doesn't qualify for Nasdaq without cash infusion. Dunno how Nasdaq handles that.
