THX!Shows O/S UNCHANGED-FROM-NOV. 2019-NOV. 2020;DITTO A/S. Dr. Agnes & James Gilligan together own all Preferred Shares (2/3 and 1/3) and significant common shares but small % compared to total. When she says management bought out the debt @.30c/share assume these two. Dr, Agnes is very responsive to shareholders but carefully w/in SEC guidelines, she is unable to divulge A/S and O/S herself. She does say no new notes have been issued since 2017. Whatever other sources shows this seems to be the recent official report.
