I have all my BIEL shares in Fidelity. There is no problem buying or selling BIEl for me. Call customer service if there is aproblem.

I have been trading BIEL in my Fidelity, Schwab, Scottrade/TD Ameritrade accounts for 10+ years with no problems

BIEL is not 'no information'. They are 'OTC Pink Current Information'.

BIEL stopped being SEC Fully Reporting 10 years ago due to the costs that this level of reporting involved.
