Here is the document showing they went under contract and this is part of one of the PPP projects announced. They went under oath to agree to this with the support of the VN government. Got the main parts translated but I have the 3 page document also. All this can be found on the HOSE exchange under Philux fund search.
I don't think after all the trouble to activate the fund in June of 2020 Henry will drop the ball. He is under contact with deals inked waiting on his Gaap Certifications from the accounting firm to kick this off.
I'm sure he is just as frustrated as the rest of us it's not happening yesterday. I have more to post but will wait for now.
