No, he's a paid advertiser. He is being compensated from the company to hype their stock in a subscribed e-mail newsletter. Truely ingenious imo. Its illegal to spam a stock, so he has people subscribe. He hasn't really broken any rules yet unless he sends out false information that would make a stock climb. People that have a problem with his business should stay away from his picks. I am sure some "Lebed hater" is trying to put a case against him to the SEC for Pump and Dump. as long as your subscribed to his e-mail service its not pump and dump. JMHO
