I'm not sure who the selected General Contractor is Harpo. I'm told that it won't be Machado though.

Metal buildings are much quicker to construct than 'standard' buildings and there is no shortage of metal building contractors in the San Joaquin Valley. Like most businesses, some are sketchy and others are rock solid.

A six month construction schedule would be considered 'light-speed' construction. It's doable but takes a carefully selected group of subcontractors who all share the same vision. Also, too, accelerated schedules usually carry a premium cost as overtime, Saturdays and other factors all need to be accounted for.
