If Marley wanted to go public again, and knowing this symbol is associated with them, maybe they decided to take it in some form of seizing assets from JAMN for what they are owed.

JAMN doesn't have assets. The ticker isn't worth the $2.5 million that they're owed. There are no other assets.

And why would they want a ticker when they already own their own company privately?!

Then they reverse split and create value with the Marley brand of products. Just speculation nothing more!

Creating value how?! If someone buys Marley Coffee, they don't care about JAMN. If they eat in Marley's Cafe, they don't care about JAMN. Trying to take the stock/ticker would just cost Marley money. There is no reason for him to do it.
