No one saw the news yet, because no one watches OTC markets for news.
But the folks in my team that made Snpw go from .0021 to .35 a week ago are bid sitting and eating shares here.
So these shares we are loading are walmart priced gifts.
I see this being a $4 stock on Nasdaq this year.
I will be loading more shares in PMPG as will/are folks that follow me.
After the run from .02 to .20 weeks ago with no news, this is not one to flip folks. Once an 8-K drops and news PR blitz and when social media gets a hold of this it will make surprise runs like it did from .02 to .205 late last year.
Next big run could be $2/share, This quarter/spring so I suggest we eat all the cheap shares we can while we can.
This is not a short term trade for chump change.
Friday one of the stocks I married early last year (I did all the DD on it, massive DD, biotech Private firm, patents, research papers, the mother load), like I am doing here with PMPG now, went into broker enforced hibernation Friday night with all OTC CE stocks (still a CE OTC stock waiting on an S-1 filing to go to NYSE as a 10 Bil dollar biotech) closed Friday at $4.50/share close with $530 Mil dollar market cap with no one jumping out the windows in spite of us all knowing the Brokers will not let us bid support next week till the SEC filings drop. Why? Because we know from my hedge fund style DD what is coming.
That has to be an OTC record, 11 year old CE shell take over that I discovered what was coming in it.
While PMPG is not a biotech, I know a tech, I know PPG, and I know wireless tech and where the smart road tech is going. I also have patent experience....long story short I will be here all year on this one as the story unfolds helping with hedge fund style DD that we can find before SEC filings.
My hat is off DD Dempsey who alerted us all way ahead of time to one bread crumb clue to what made PMPG look like some serious money was behind this revival here. Frankly what we know now is way bigger that we had hoped for.
What is hedge fund style DD? They know what is in SEC filings way before they are done. How? They do stuff like buy date from Google, apple, banks, brokers, they use AI to look at permits, satellites to count cars in Walmart pocking lots to estimate revenues, bank CC data for sales at various companies.
That is why stocks move before filings.
This is going to be a great fun $$$$ making stock this year.
