lettruth, now you're addressing a different topic of insider trading vs the 4 day disclosure rule. If there was news trickling out the stock would definitely be trading differently or the options would be at a premium.
Maybe we'll wake up Monday to see a 4 a.m. announcement about EU approval. LOL
