I’m not sure there is favor anymore... and I was on the side of favor prior to the call today! It sounded to me like DGTW isn’t contending the issue the judge brought up, and SubV will likely not be approved. But also sounds like they may have a plan for traditional Ch11... but this is just my take/opinion... I am not an attorney, just a stock holder on a call.

Patience will be rewarded, commons intact. Bankruptcy ones take time but can be very rewarding, especially when commons intact or restored. Long and strong here. Weeks, months, I do not mind.
