BSB. My somewhat saucy retort was made to argue that you do not KNOW for sure. And the BTerminal isn’t wired in to the labyrinth intricacies of the DTCC, if. I know you have a strong opinion on the issue. I know what it is. Everyone, naturally, may (or may not) have an opinion on the issue. Very few here have absolute, empirical (?) knowledge.
