All of this brought us to a share price of $0.07 with six figures of cash on hand and seven figures of liabilities in Q1 2020. We don't want to go back to that place. I believe that's why cash has been raised so aggressively. We won't get another chance if COVID falls through.
The rate at which the company has been cannibalized by financing deals the past 18 months paints us a picture of how bad the deal offers for B-OM or anything else must have been. The B-UP deal is another data point.
B-COVID needs to succeed otherwise I expect major reworking of the share structure or a small buyout that no one will really like.
