It actually was pretty innocuous and uninspiring- look at the "conclusion"- There are are "some risks": 1)IF they issue more shares; 2) HIV Drug Market MAY have less sales than anticipated, LOL. Probably the best case scenario as far as OTC BB Risk factors that I have ever seen!
